The non-destructive testing laboratory of the Tsivilskiy Zavod Metalloizdeliy checks welded seams by visual-measuring and ultrasonic methods at all stages of production. This allows us to maintain the highest level of quality, safety and reliability of product.
The main tasks of the laboratory:
- thorough quality control of welded seams of the company's products;
- issue of certificates and passports for finished products;
- issuance of acts and conclusions of ultrasonic, visual-measuring control;
- ensuring the high quality of work in the manufacture of products by identifying unacceptable defects using non-destructive testing methods;
- ensuring the detection of defects and the reliability of control results required by regulatory documents.
The laboratory is equipped with NDT tools (control equipment, measuring instruments, auxiliary equipment), has the necessary premises and regulatory documents. The control is carried out by the required number of qualified specialists.
All this makes it possible to carry out NDT work well and in time.
The use of non-destructive diagnostic methods makes it possible to check the quality of welding and identify defects in welded seams accurately and fairly. Laboratory equipment, staff qualifications and testing methods used fully comply with current trends.
