Quality control department of the Tsivilskiy Zavod Metalloizdeliy is an independent structural unit. The department includes a Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory, which carries out ultrasonic and visual control and control by measurement.

Its functions include:

• control of raw materials, components and semi-finished products;
• intermediate quality control at some stages of production;
• quality control of finished products.

The specialists of the quality control department are guided by the established requirements and standards of regulatory documents (GOST, OST, Snip, TS), as well as by the technical documentation for products and concluded contracts.

Evaluation of raw materials, technologies and products is carried out according to a modern multistage system using high-precision equipment, which guarantees maximum reliability and selectivity. Careful multi-level control minimizes the probability of using low-quality raw materials or violations of manufacturing technology, therefore practically eliminates the production of low-quality and defective products.
